1. When can I expect my order?

• All orders are subject to 24 hours to process prior to shipping, excluding weekends & holidays. After fulfilled, it would be delivered as addressed within 5-7 days as standard shipping. When bad weather occurs, like storm, heavy snow, hail, there may be a delay and the estimated delivery date may change, which depends on the routes of shipping company.

• Free shipping option is available for all orders over $49. However, if you need the shipment urgently, you may go ahead to choose "Express shipping"  or "DHL"and extra cost would be charged, based on the exact country you select.
